We are an handmade production brand and we work with natural dyeing and botanical printing, so no piece, print or color is exactly the same as the other. We produce few units per model, so there is a variation in tones and small variations in sizes.
If the customer is not satisfied with their product, they can replace the part with another model for the same purchase price, or request a refund of the sale, see more information in Deadlines and Conditions.
We work with biodegradable processes and natural raw materials, from the choice of fibers to the choice of plants to extract the pigments for both coloring and prints. In these procedures, it is common for there to be small changes to the piece depending on its use. If there is a problem that was not caused by improper handling of the product and that is not considered in our processes, we will receive the return and forward it to the analysis sector. Within 90 days we will return, via email, with a diagnosis and possible solutions.
