Shipping Policy

The Post Office makes up to three delivery attempts to the indicated address. If the recipient still cannot be found, the order will be returned to our center. After the return, we will contact you to confirm the data and make a new shipment. If the customer is not found within 15 calendar days, the order will be canceled and the payment will be refunded.

Approval and Preparation

When making your purchase, we receive approval from your credit card and bill administrator. This approval can take up to 24 hours for credit cards and 72 hours for payments by bank slip.

After purchasing approval, there is an internal deadline of 3 days to prepare your package. This is the time we need to separate your order, organize the packaging, issue invoices and carry out procedures with the Post Office. This deadline may vary on busy commemorative dates.

 

Delivery

Post Office delivery times vary depending on the type of delivery chosen at the time of purchase. If there are eventualities, we will contact you. If the deadline has passed and your product has not arrived, contact florapelebrasil@gmail.com or via WhatsApp (48) 999210034

Express Delivery

Express deliveries are made via motorcycle courier, within 48 hours of the order being invoiced. Delivery valid only for the city of Florianópolis.

 

Values

Shipping costs vary depending on the shipping method and region. These values will be indicated at the time of finalizing your purchase.

You will receive an email with a tracking code when we ship your order, so you can track your delivery accurately.

 

Eventualities

In case of external problems such as the customer's absence at the address or eventualities such as natural accidents and postal strikes, your order may take longer than normal to arrive. Therefore, we ask that you track your purchase using the tracking number provided after shipping.

If, by mistake, you register an address with incorrect information, we recommend that you immediately contact us by email at florapelebrasil@gmail.comor by phone  WhatsApp (48) 999210034, so we will have time to correct the address before shipping. If the shipment has already been made, delivery may take longer than the stated deadline, as we will need to carry out the entire tracking, return request and resend procedure. There will be a charge for re-shipping, we will clarify the details via email.

Return and Exchange Policy

If you are not satisfied with the product or have regretted the purchase, you can request an exchange or return within 7 days from the date of receipt of the order at your address.

Conditions for making an exchange:

If you want to exchange it, the product must be in perfect condition and without signs of use, that is, in the same condition as you received it. Furthermore, it is essential that the item is in its original packaging.

How to request an exchange:

Send an email to florapelebrasil@gmail.com, stating your full name, order number and reason for the exchange. You will receive contact from us with the information necessary to make the exchange.

Conditions for return due to regret:

If you regret your purchase, you can also return your order within 7 days from the date of receipt of the order at your address. The product must be in the original packaging with labels, without any use.

How to request a return due to regret:

Send an email to florapelebrasil@gmail.com, stating your full name and order number. You will receive a refund within 10 days of the date we receive the returned products. The amount will be refunded using the same payment method you selected when purchasing in our online store. There will be no additional cost for you to receive your refund.

Products with manufacturing defects:

In accordance with Brazilian legislation, in the case of items with manufacturing defects, we will receive the return and forward it to the analysis sector. Within 90 days we will return, via email, with a diagnosis and possible solutions.

How to request a return for defective products:

Send an email to florapelebrasil@gmail.com, stating your full name, order number and information about the manufacturing defect (description with photos or videos). We will review your case within 90 days from the date we receive the returned products. The amount will be refunded using the same payment method you selected when purchasing in our online store. There will be no additional cost for you to receive your refund.

How to return products:

Following what is established by Consumer Law, the shipping costs for returning products due to the right of withdrawal or items with manufacturing defects will be covered by our store through the reverse logistics process.

You will receive a postage authorization code by email after your exchange or return request and you must post the merchandise at a Post Office. We do not cover packaging costs, so we suggest that you use the same packaging in which you received your purchase (if it is not damaged) or a suitable box that preserves the pieces during transport.
